2. Purpose
This notice governs access to and use of the commercial website, account signup and customer workspaces under a subdomain or custom domain linked to SignaPlan (site planning, people, fleet and working-time record).
3. Terms of use
The user agrees to use the site and the service lawfully, not to enter false information and not to attempt to access other organisations’ workspaces. Access to each customer workspace is restricted to users authorised by that organisation.
4. Intellectual property
The software, the SignaPlan brand, texts, designs and other service content are protected by applicable law. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution or exploitation is prohibited.
5. Liability
SignaPlan works to keep the service available and secure, without being able to guarantee uninterrupted availability. The customer is responsible for how their workspace is used, for their users’ credentials and for the accuracy of the data they enter (including worker data).
6. Governing law and venue
This notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the owner’s domicile, unless a mandatory rule says otherwise (in particular for consumers).
