Cookie policy
1. What cookies are
Cookies (and similar technologies) are small files or data the browser stores so the site can work (session, security) or, where applicable, to measure use.
2. Cookies we use
- Essential / technical: user session cookie, CSRF token (protection against request forgery), minimal UI technical preferences and the record of your cookie choice (sp_cookie_consent). They are needed to provide the service and do not require extra consent.
- Analytics: only if you allow it in the cookie banner and we have a Google Analytics identifier configured. In that case Google scripts (gtag) load to measure aggregate use of the commercial site. You can choose “Essential only” and they will not load.
- Marketing: not active by default. If they are added later (e.g. advertising pixels), prior consent will be requested and this policy will be updated.
3. Legal basis
Essential cookies rest on the need to provide the requested service. Non-essential cookies (analytics/marketing) rest on your consent, which you can withdraw by deleting browser cookies or choosing again in the banner.
4. How to manage them
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential ones, you may not be able to sign in or complete signup. On commercial pages you can also change your preference with the cookie banner (the “Cookies” footer link or by deleting the sp_cookie_consent cookie).
